Want to know our story?
For more than 5 years we were collecting the best care practices from different countries and developed methodologies for care planning and providing. This is how the Care Activities Library of Optima ERP was born.

Now it contains more than 200 care activities for the elderly people with different functional status. The essential feature of each care activity in the Library is standardization by the reference time which a caregiver needs to provide each activity. The biggest challenge was balancing the time needed to provide a care activity and its maximum effect on the functional state of an elderly person.

Thanks to this methodology, we developed the Care Planning and Caregiving modules of Optima ERP.

2012 - 2017
In 2015 we developed an algorithm for matching the identified functional deficiencies of the elderly and the necessary care activities. The tool was integrated with the most widely appreciated assessment schemes, such as ADL, iADL and national scales of some countries. As a result, Optima ERP can fit any Care Plan into the national healthcare system of any country.

Since 2017, our clients – caregiving companies – kept asking for more Optima services. That is how the following modules came to life: CRM, HR Management, Care Knowledge Base, Group Rehabilitation Service, Care Goals, Caregiver Selection Tool, Staff Timetable, Smart Rostering and others.

In 2018 we launched the first mobile application for smartphones and tablets with GPS tracking functions for in-home care. In nursing homes, we have started using RFID. We have received thousands of positive reviews from caregivers and have integrated this solution into the core of Optima ERP.

Since 2019, we have also launched support for corporate services for caregiving companies. The solutions developed and implemented in Optima ERP were E-documentation, Electronic Digital Signature, Reminders & Notification, Client Accounting, Flexi Reporting, etc.

In 2020, the first Dashboards and Business Intelligence was featured in Optima ERP. Our clients were amazed by the new data insights about their business! As a result, many leaders have significantly changed their approach to running caregiving business.
